Welcome to EZORA. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What EZORA Is

EZORA is a cosmetic wellness app built around EZORA Light, a light-and-sound treatment feature designed to boost the effect of skincare products you already use. EZORA is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a dermatologist or physician for medical concerns about your skin.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use EZORA. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Using EZORA Light Safely

• Keep your device screen approximately 5–10cm from your skin during treatment for best results.
• If your skin feels irritated during or after a session, consider a lower intensity or pausing treatment for the day. If irritation continues, stop use and consult a dermatologist.
• EZORA Light sessions include both a visual display and audio — you can mute the audio at any time without stopping your session.
• Do not use EZORA as a substitute for professional dermatological care.

4. Subscriptions and Free Sessions

New accounts include 3 free EZORA Light treatment sessions. Your session history and Home remain free and unlimited regardless of your treatment session count. Additional treatment access beyond the free sessions may require a subscription. Pricing and subscription terms will be presented in the app before any payment is requested — nothing is charged without your explicit confirmation.

5. Your Content

Your session history and profile answers belong to you. By using the app, you grant us permission to process this content solely to provide the app's features to you (treatment sessions, history, reminders), as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data for advertising or share them publicly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EZORA for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend services.
• Use another person's account without permission.

7. Disclaimers

EZORA is provided "as is." Results are for general wellness purposes only and may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZORA and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of EZORA after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
