EZORA ("we," "our," "the app") is a wellness and cosmetic skincare application. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

EZORA is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a cosmetic wellness tool intended to help you track and support your existing skincare routine.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address, or the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google if you use those options.

Skin profile answers. Your answers to the onboarding questions (skin goal, skin type, sensitivity) are stored on your profile to personalize your recommendations and default settings.

Usage data. We store your treatment history and reminder schedule so you can see your sessions and receive notifications.

Device permissions. The app requests notification access (for reminders) and screen brightness control (for the EZORA Light treatment). The app does not use your camera and does not access your photos. You can review or revoke these at any time in your device Settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Personalize your EZORA Light treatment from the goals you choose.
• Run and track your EZORA Light treatment sessions.
• Send you reminders you've scheduled, and default daily check-in notifications if you enable notifications.
• Maintain your session history.
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of the app.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

EZORA uses third-party services to operate certain features:

• Sign in with Apple / Sign in with Google, if you choose to use them, are subject to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.

The app does not use your camera, does not scan your face, and does not send any images to a provider.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (available in Settings → Delete Account), your personal data and session history are permanently deleted from our systems, except where we are required to retain limited information for legal or safety reasons.

5. Your Rights

You can, at any time:

• Edit your profile information (Settings → Profile).
• Review and delete individual diary entries.
• Disable notifications (Settings → Notifications).
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account).

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

6. Children's Privacy

EZORA is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before the changes take effect.
